• Strategic Recommendation Development: Based on the analysis that has been undertaken, they work with the team to develop and propose strategic solutions that can improve the profitability, efficiency, or growth of the client’s business.
• Project Management: Engage in daily project management, ensure projects are progressing according to schedule, and coordinate with other team members to achieve project goals.
